Bulgarian youth has been gravitating towards physical media, such as calendars, journals, and books, which once again proves the importance of de-digitalization. The focus of this project is Bulgarian heritage, especially found in photo albums our grandparents leave behind, showing us how art and culture was consumed and created in the past.

Focusing on how different people’s cultural background impacts design, in this project I utilize different design elements in a united, clear brand identity for a playing cards deck. The focus in this project is to show how strongly our aesthetic and cultural differences intertwine and how NABA is at the center of this cultural web.

NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti) is a contemporary art and design academy based in Milan, known for its international outlook and interdisciplinary approach to creativity. It brings together students from diverse cultural backgrounds, creating an environment where different perspectives, traditions, and ideas continuously interact.
